Your items will be shipped out the next business day after you place your order.  Standard UPS delivery times range from 2-5 business days depending upon how far you live from our facility in Michigan.

Unfortunately no matter how well we pack our boxes, they occasionally get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged please contact us promptly so that we can ship a replacement part to you ASAP.  Please email pictures of the damaged box and the broken pieces for our records and insurance claim to:  sales@frontyardoriginals.com

We have a 30 day return policy as long as the item is in unused condition in the original box.   Return shipping is covered by the customer.  If the item is dirty and shows signs of being displayed we cannot accept the item.  If you have any questions about returns feel free to contact us at 1-800-946-3435
